Are you looking for a great new role? Our client is based in Blackpool FY4 and they are looking for a permanent **Warehouse Supervisor**.

**Warehouse Supervisor**salary: £25k

**Warehouse Supervisor** hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm or 10am - 6pm

**Warehouse Supervisor** roles and responsibilities:

- Supervise and train a team of 10 staff in the distribution centre
- Daily & weekly H&S Audit
- Collate data on sub quality products received and put back into stock and process product returns
- Coordinate re-boxing/banding as required
- Identify underperformance, errors on picking etc and support with training
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture

Our ideal **Warehouse Supervisor**would be:

- A strong people person and communicator and be able to manage a team well
- IT literate and able to pick up inhouse systems quickly
- A good all rounder
- Experienced in managing staff in a warehouse environment
