Vehicle Preparation Controller - Volkswagen Sales Department

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our Volkswagen Dealership in Norwich is looking to recruit a Used Vehicle Preparation Controller.

About the position

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Used Vehicle Preparation Controller position involves:

- Supporting the operation of the Sales department by providing co-ordination and administrative duties
- Appraisal of all stock vehicles delivered to site, on day of arrival
- Inspecting, costing, and instructing cosmetic and mechanical preparation to bring all vehicles to Volkswagen Display Standards
- Organising, directing and controlling all of the activities of the preparation department to achieve a consistently high standard of workmanship, whilst optimising effective and efficient use of material and personnel resources
- Maintaining showroom and stock management;
- Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

- Full driving licence.
