Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team. As a trainer you will be responsible for providing education and training for all our staff

Training experience required for this role.

As a Trainer Assessor for Fellside Homecare, you will be facilitating the development of our Carers skills, knowledge, and behaviors through coaching, learning and assessment. You will utilise a full and varied range of teaching and training techniques to achieve delivery,

Your roles with include.
- Unannounced mentoring visits
- Develop and deliver training programs for all our staff.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods to engage participants and enhance learning.
- Assess participant understanding and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
- Stay informed about current trends and advancements in public health to incorporate into training programs.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- induction training courses which include care certificate, medication training and moving & handling also specialist care training
- Working closely with all our team of carers in office and out in the community
- Working closely with Health care professionals for our clients’ needs

Requirements: Training Experience within Health and Social Care

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 20/05/2024
