**THE GIG**
The Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is our spiritual leader who helps to steer our organisation to celebrate, acknowledge and empower individual expression of every DMs employee. As a leader, you are accountable for establishing the vision, strategy, governance, and development to help our organisation continue to move through the stages of DE&I maturity.
You love to bring people together, co-create solutions that address our gender, race, and intersectional challenges for our employees. You understand our brand and are excited to support the team in enhancing our DE&I footprint globally.
**Key tasks will include**:
- Leading the development of an organisational wide DE&I strategy, defining priorities and targets, translating this strategy into pragmatic and actionable plans
- Defining and leading the DE&I governance model, determining the structure, accountabilities and managing execution, feedback and effectiveness
- Identify and manage strategic external partners, ensuring they are contributing best practice in the gender, race and intersectional space
- Leading the development and education agenda for DE&I in partnership with the Global Head of Talent & Development, ensuring integration of key DE&I learning objectives into broader learning solutions
- Managing data analytics and reporting to meet all compliance/regulatory requirements. The Head of Diversity, Equity will lead in the translation of data insights to feed and inform strategic priorities and actions for the organisation
- Deliver coaching and counsel to organisational leadership and HR practitioners, on all matters linked to diversity, inclusion and equity; influencing better decisions related to people practices and priorities through a DE&I lens
- Leading and delivering events and education at key moments and milestones throughout the DE&I calendar
- Supporting the integration of DE&I into all aspects of the employee journey from talent acquisition to engagement of existing employees; developing and delivering tools, communications and supporting material
- Support internal education, inspiration and action on D&I and social justice, including spearheading specific mentoring and or development for marginalised groups.

- Demonstrated experience establishing DE&I strategies
- Having strong familiarity and understanding of legal matters related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
- A track record of designing and delivering DE&I organisational change, interventions and programmes that deliver positive outcomes against agreed targets
- Experience developing relationships with external partners, communities, and networks to strengthen organisational DE&I initiatives.
- Previous exposure in leading and delivering multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in an agile fast-evolving environment.
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills exhibited at all levels within an organisation.
