This role is perfect for a creative self-starter with strong InDesign. You will be pro-actively supporting the delivery of number important projects as well providing administrative support daily.

**Key Responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator**:

- Managing the administration and drafting of award submissions
- Creating and retaining the digital image library, Open Asset
- Supporting the Head of Marketing & Communications with planning material for presentations and brochures
- Supporting with press releases
- Evaluating and analysing news outlets, industry journals, websites and social media platforms
- Coming up with new ideas by following trends on social media and digital marketing

**Key Requirements for Marketing Coordinator**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authentic interest in the historic built environment
- A promoter for sustainability
- Good attention to detail
- Can be flexibly and quick with multiple priorities and deadlines
- A team player
- Established skills in creating, editing and working on a range of marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign
