**About the school**:
I have the opportunity of working on behalf of an outstanding alternative provision based in Swindon. - Getting the classroom ready for lessons
- Working 1-1 with pupils who require additional support
- Monitoring behaviour and providing feedback to the teacher
- Being a positive and proactive addition to the school
- To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
