**Base: This is a flexible role which can be undertaken remotely at a variety of locations in Lewes District and Eastbourne with the ability to undertake some work from home.**

**Title: Neighbourhood First Caseworker (Green Consultancy)**

**Grade: C**

**Salary: £22,361 to £23,612 pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience. (Pay award pending)**

**Hours: 25** hours per week which will involve occasional evening work.

**Contract: Permanent**

Join our Neighbourhood First team and be part of an innovative and exciting service focusing on customers, to deliver a wide range of services across Lewes District Council and Eastbourne Borough Council areas.

In your role as a caseworker, you will play a key part in the service supporting the work of the team including:

- Effectively handle cases in conjunction with the Green Consultancy team.
- Undertake invoicing, raising of purchase orders.
- Undertake road closure notices.
- Manage timesheets, rotas and room bookings.
- Provide support to the Green Consultancy team and the Neighbourhood First team, in managing databases and taking responsibility for the issuing of enquiries and reports to the team.
- Booking Special Events in our parks and open spaces.
- Manage our Garden Maintenance Scheme
- Undertake renewals for allotments in Lewes District
- Manage Third Party Play Inspection reports.
- Manage land hire agreements
- Undertake Minutes for meetings.

We are looking for an individual that is results driven, customer focused and adaptable. You will be a pro-active, self-motivated individual who is able to work under pressure and part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £22,361.00-£23,612.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
