Billing Administrator and Experienced Billing

Firstcom Europe Ltd are currently recruiting for 2 roles within our billing team, a billing administrator and an experienced billing co-ordinator.
The day to day tasks for the billing role includes (but not limited to)
- **Maintaining billing system records - updating usernames, adding and removing products in the billing system**:
- **Monitoring usage charges**:
- **Providing customers with copy invoices and reports**:
- **Update our in-house crm to record all queries**
You would also assist with executing the monthly bill run which would include tasks
- **Double checking invoice amounts**:
- **Ensuring there are no missing costs**:
- **Looking out for unexpected charges**:
- **Sending invoices out on time**
Previous experience in customer billing would be desirable but not essential for the billing administrator role as full training will be provided.
Previous experience in customer billing for the billing co-ordinator is essential with a minimum of 12 months experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
