Scaled is at the cutting edge of service and SaaS business growth consulting and is growing fast. As part of our plans for 2024 we are looking for an awesome **Head of Operations/ Senior Consultant (Operations) **to help build out our central product and service delivery strategy for 2024 and beyond.

Our consulting team supports founding and senior teams deliver ambitious growth plans right that cross the entire business management spectrum, from initial strategy and got to market, right through to sales and marketing, operations and the scaling of back office.

And to ensure that high standard of focus and end service continues we need a superstar operations expert to help marshal the troops and own everything from project and task planning and management to operational and financial data reporting.

Your job, should you be ambitious enough to accept it, will be to rebuild our entire planning and task management process to make fit for a doubling of revenue in 2024, whilst also arming our consulting team with the kind of operational BI and financial reporting data that will ensure we remain best in class when it comes to client value.

We specifically therefore need a truly experienced operations person. Ideally, someone that has **5+ years track record managing operations for a service business such as an agency or another consulting firm.**

For the right person they have the opportunity to grow a team around them as we intend to aggressively pursue this as a key part of our strategy for 2024

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 5 years (required)
- Financial analysis: 2 years (required)
