**Job Purpose**

The role exists to support ASC in ensuring Change and CI activity is delivered effectively to support business improvements and drive efficiency to support our strategy. It will also focus on building a Continuous Improvement Culture within our ASC function.

**Key Accountability**

You will work with the Operations Teams, Training, Communication and SME's to ensure change and CI is landed effectively within the operation. You will do this by road mapping Change and C.I activity within ASC through using insight, root cause analysis and Colleague Ideas. You will be proactive in doing external research to develop competencies and ensure delivery opportunities relevant and in line with best practices in industry

You will host sessions with Stakeholders to identify impacts of Change and C.I, and communicate any updates You will ensure that Change and C.I activity is delivered in the required time frames and embedded You will carry out lessons learned activity and benefits realised sessions for all Change and C.I activity

**How you will do it**

**Stakeholder Management, Analysis and Communication**
- To work closely with colleagues across ASC and the wider business to identify and land CI and Change effectively and effectively.
- You will do this through use of insight, root cause and analysis and colleague ideas
- You will be required to build great relationships to assist operations in embracing change, and understanding benefit to both colleagues and customers

**Problem Solving, Planning and Attention to Detail**
- You will be required to support ASC through problem solving to support process improvement.
- This role requires significant planning, prioritisation, and time management skills to ensure CI and Change activity is landed at the right time for our colleagues and customers.

- Understanding of CI principles
- Strong People skills
- Keen eye for detail / Problem solving
- Process Mapping skills

**Desirable**
- Agile/Lean Six Sigma Methodologies
- Project Management Experience
