The HR Service is dedicated to making this a really great place to work, including providing its staff with a fully self-service HR/Payroll experience. We have implemented the iTrent system and are looking for the right person to join our small and very busy HR System Team.

It would be great if you have already worked with iTrent, but not essential, maybe you could bring some transferrable technical skills, and we’ll support you to develop fully into the role and become the Subject Matter Expert. You do however need HR/Payroll knowledge.

There are lots of varied activities within the team, including day to day operational assistance for our users, maintaining the organisational structure, developing training documents, implementing upgrades, investigating technical queries, diagnosing, and resolving system issues, leading and supporting new system initiatives and there’s lots more to get involved in

**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborating with the users of our HR self-serve systems, offering advice and training.
- Provide technical system support to our HR colleagues.
- Building relationships with our system provider, escalating system queries.
- Create innovative solutions and proactively review existing processes to help deliver change.
- Carry out system configuration ensuring that system design aligns to our policies.
- Support and/or lead on new projects and initiatives.
- Ensure that appropriate system access and security protocols are developed and maintained to mitigate data risk and ensure the system remains compliant with GDPR.

**You will be**:

- Knowledgeable in Payroll and HR, with experience in system administration.
- Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience.
- Focussed on learning new skills and grasping new concepts quickly.
- Confident and creative, being adaptive in your style to suit different audiences.
- Able to build relationships with all stakeholders using great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, able to add value, showing a passion for continuous system improvement.
- Focussed on detail, with excellent analytical skills alongside a collaborative and proactive approach.
