We are looking for flexible and adaptable individuals that are interested in supporting people across different areas of Keighley. In this location, support is provided to ladies and gentlemen of all different age groups in their own home which may be inindividual flats, a bungalow or a shared house with communal areas.

The people supported enjoy a range of activities, whether this be meals out, gigs, shopping, going to the disco, walks within their community or even day trips and holidays. Our opportunities mean that no two days are the same, so come and join our teamand start making a real difference.

**We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus.**

Rewards
- 28 days annual leave pro-rata (including bank holidays), which we increase the longer you are with us.
- To acknowledge the amazing contribution you’ll be making to our (your) team, we will pay you a £200 welcome bonus after 3 months, then another £100 after 6 months & because we truly value your commitment, a further £100 bonus after 12 months to celebrateyour Affinity Trust Birthday
