**About us**

**Vergo **has over 40 years of experience in the pest industry and is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK today. Vergo is a national business with staff geographically spread across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Regional Administrator to join the team, supporting Area Operational teams with driving efficiencies within the business operation. You will need to be motivated by a challenge, enjoy working collaboratively and bring a positive can-do attitude.

**About the role**

As a frequent first-point of contact, you will play a key role in providing efficient administration support and diary management, enabling the Area Managers to focus on service delivery and people management, within their areas.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director (South), you will need to communicate with all corners of the business, ensuring internal and external communications are handled in a timely manner. This is a varied role where you will undertake multiple operational and customer facing tasks.
- Support the Area Managers by overviewing timesheet management/ administration.
- Maintaining H&S information/ training records relating to Areas.
- Organising relevant H&S training (IPAF/ PASMA)
- Organising Safety checks of company equipment (PAT testing/ rifle checks.)
- Supporting Area managers in arranging interviews for job vacancies.
- Supporting Areas Managers in co-ordinating the new starter onboarding inductions.
- Support Local sales teams with any ad hoc customer requests, such as completing new supplier questionnaires.
- Reviewing data/analysing to help improve area performance.
- Some elements of credit control may apply
- Projects and any other ad hoc duties as required

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Customer Service skills
- Previous experience an Administration role
- Clear Communication skills
- Experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organisation skills and competent at managing multiple and tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated.
- Good Telephone manner

**Desirable**
- Experience in recruitment
- Previous experience working as a PA
- Worked in a pest control business previously
