Sales Director

Job Overview:
Oasis Land Development, a leading real estate development company in the Cayman Islands with over 15 year’s experience in the Cayman Islands and 35 years internationally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement and manage a comprehensive sales strategy based on Grant Cardone's sales methodology, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and relentless pursuit of success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs, utilising the 10X Rule to drive exponential growth.
- Complete daily KPI meetings based on the companies targets
- Ensure that sales processes and practices are in line with Cardone University sales training principles, providing ongoing coaching and support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with Head of Operations and Director to create targeted and effective sales campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure energy is kept throughout the team on a daily basis
- Run sales floor
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong familiarity with Grant Cardone's sales methodology, including the 10X Rule and Cardone University sales training principles.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
