We’re helping a growing mid-sized Agency to fill a newly created Creative Director role as they look to push their creative output forward.

**Our Client**

This agency are doing very well, no debt and very sound financially. They have doubled in size over the last 5 years and have a 3 year growth plan to double in size again. They currently work with some large multifaceted and international brands across a variety of sectors.

**The Role**

They’ve identified the need to bring in new experience and expertise to help them achieve their growth, and are looking to bring in a new Creative Director. They’ve got a strong Design team in place, what they need is someone to drive their standards further and in to new areas, services and disciplines. Working closely with AD’s to identify and deliver creative opportunities to clients, based on knowledge, understanding and insight.

**You**

They’re looking for an inspirational CD with board level energy, a proactive approach to clients with drive, innovation and passion, someone with big ideas that can spark creativity. You’ll be a creative leader who can develop and motivate creative talent, as well as excelling in client discussions and presentations. Happy to consider existing CD’s or people stepping up to CD with exceptional talent but you should have a highly experienced agency background, and be personable, curious and emotionally intelligent.
