As the Creative Director at ITG working across a portfolio of customers you will spearhead the creative vision and strategy for the brand, ensuring that all campaign and content resonate with the target audience and drive brand awareness, build brand loyalty, and increase sales. You will collaborate closely with the client’s marketing team and to develop compelling and innovative campaigns that elevate category credibility and consideration.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: (what you do)  

Drive forward the strategic and conceptual development of the brands within your portfolio, challenging your teams and clients to deliver beyond client’s expectations Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders; clearly communicating creative vision with well thought through rationale and thinking Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for campaigns, including in-store, print, digital, and social media. Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into engaging visual and copy elements that align with the brand's identity and target audience. Manage a team of designers, art directors and copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work that meets client expectations and deadlines. Oversee the production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence in all deliverables. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fashion and interiors marketing to continuously innovate and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.

What decisions will you make?  

Creative direction for campaigns, including visual aesthetics, messaging, and tone. Resource allocation and project prioritisation to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects in collaboration with the project management and production functions of the team.

Requirements

What are your qualities ?

Creativity and innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop unique concepts that capture the essence of the brand and resonate with the target audience. Leadership and collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve shared goals; confident in mentoring and developing teams Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain brand consistency and ensure the highest quality in all deliverables. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client preferences in a fast-paced environment. Managing multiple clients and team requirements simulateneously Decision-making and communication: Ability to quickly process information to quickly make informed decisions, to communicate those decisions in a concise and compelling way, to gain stakeholder buy-in.

Skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, design, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a Creative team; ideally in the fashion category. Cross portfolio and agency side experience preferable. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Extensive experience in driving brand reappraisal through brand building.
