The role
- Responding to leads and inbound calls (don't worry - there's no cold calling)
- Establishing the customer needs and delivering A* Service from the initial enquiry through to post-delivery.
- Guiding visitors around our showroom.
- Managing day-to-day activities such as missed calls, live chats and enquiries from our website.
- Working towards financial sales targets & weekly KPI’s
- Making the most of every lead offered to maximise sales.

The company
- UK Oak Doors was formed in 2005, we are now one of the leading suppliers in the UK of doors.
Selling to both the public and trade via our website, phone and newly refurbished showroom.

Unlike other sales offices, we are not a large call centre, we have a modern open plan office with heating/air conditioning. We're a small team (with our own office dog) so there's the added benefit of being able to work alongside the various departments of the company, expanding your business knowledge and having your ideas listened to.

Opening Hours - Monday-Friday 09:00am-5.30pm, Saturdays 9.30am-3pm (Saturday shift is worked on a rotational basis, one per month)

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
