ROLE PURPOSE
Support internal and external customers to ensure that electronic devices are accurately picked and shipped to client sites managing clinical trials
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Inventory management, accurate reporting and device picking
- Perform quality checks on picking accuracy
- Manage workload effectively to ensure customer expected ship by dates are achieved
- Creating necessary shipping documentation
- Securely pack devices for international shipping
- Day to day liaison of courier vendors
- Promote continual improvement within the Fulfilment team
- Maintain good stock control procedures
- Other responsibilities as required
DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE
- The individual is responsible for ensuring the Sales Orders are picked and completed accurately
- They will have influence on the financial accountancy of the business by ensuring good stock handling practices.
- They will be able to influence good practice and ensure customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Adherence to site Health & Safety
- Accurate data entry and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
- Must be a team-oriented person with a “can do” attitude.
- Experience of working within a pharmaceutical environment
Desirable
- IATA Certified
- Experience of Inventory / Warehouse
- Minimum education: GCSE (UK / High School graduation (US) or country equivalent
**Salary**: £50.00 per hour
