Configuration Specialist

Role Purpose
Support both internal and external clients by configuring electronic devices with Signant Health software for clinical studies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Install Signant Health software onto handheld devices.
- Perform quality checks on the correct installation of software.
- Manage workload to meet customer expected ship dates.
- Troubleshoot devices or software as required.
- Promote continual improvement within the Fulfillment team.
- Maintain good stock control procedures.
- Undertake other responsibilities as required.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment.
**Desirable**:
- Data programming or software creation experience.
- Experience in Inventory/Warehouse management.
- Knowledge of Android/IOS is preferable.
