**Responsibilities**:
- Working as part of the admin team you will contribute to all internal departments according to company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively to ensure priorities and tasks are understood and deadlines met
- Any issues are identified and addressed with departmental managers
- Assigned tasks and projects are managed and prioritised
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication, literacy, numeracy, problem-solving abilities and basic IT skills for data entry, printing, and processing
- SAGE experience essential as you will be responsible for the accounting entries
- Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team and individually
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role
**Duties**:
- Providing General Cross office support including customer and employee support
- Keeping and maintaining well-organised files and records of business activity
- Profiling Customer bases and drawing up quotations using our cloud based system..
- Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
- Following up on business communications
- Potential Communication with materials suppliers and vendors
- Collecting and inputting company data
- Making travel arrangements for employees
- Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
- Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
- Potential Writing and editing company correspondence for marketing support.
- Collecting and sorting post
- Future Assist with minor technical support
- Support as a personal assistant to the executive Directorial team
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Ordering office stationery and other supplies
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
