We are working with an established practice located in Christchurch, Dorset who are seeking an Architectural Technician to join their design-focused team
As a RIBA chartered practice, their main areas of activity involve healthcare (hospitals, mental health sites and community) and social care and work primarily in acute Hospital Trusts all located in the south of England. Typically, their major projects typicallyare in the order of £3m - £6m, reasonably complex schemes usually in constricted, active hospitals.
Working on complex buildings, the majority of their projects are undertaken with the use of Revit/BIM, so acquiring relevant experience and knowledge in this will be highly beneficial.
For over 25 years, they have designed and delivered high-quality designs for anything related to healthcare - hospitals, surgeries, and care homes along with some commercial and industrial buildings too

The Role - Architectural Technician:

- Good understanding of BIM
