Trainee Draughtsman

A great opportunity has arisen for a Draughtsman to join a growing construction and engineering specialist in Dorset. The company work on a range of exciting projects across the UK and overseas and due to continuous growth and a strong project pipeline,they have a fantastic opportunity for a Draughtsman to join their drawing office team.

**DraughtsmanPosition Overview**
- Prepare architectural glass and glazing layout drawings
- Comply with relevant QHSE policies
- Liaise with internal teams
- Attended design meetings with Architects, Engineers and Clients.
- Assist with site surveys
- Prepare lists for manufacturing, purchase and despatch
- Issue and monitor RFI's

**DraughtsmanPosition Requirements**
- AutoCAD experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to own initiative
- Strong communicator
