The role of IT Service Continuity Manager is really important to us. You will be leading a team of four service continuity analyst to make sure the continuous improvement is carried out across the CTO function for the long-term benefit of the group.

This role will be based in our Manchester, Reading or Cardiff offices however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week. You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact andvirtual interaction.

**What would your day look like?**
- Line management for the team covering review meeting, 1 to 1s, continuous development and assigning workload.
- Managing, developing and supporting the IT Service Continuity provision across the group.
- Ensure that all IT Service Continuity processes are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement across the team and the stakeholders you engage with across the group.
- Manage the design, delivery, testing, MI reporting and risk management of the ITSCM/DR processes.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Implemented IT Service Continuity and disaster recovery plans and processes into mid to large size environments.
- Carried out the planning, scooping of IT Service Continuity policies ideally in a regulated environment.
- Managed service continuity teams covering reviews, assigning workload and career development plans.
- Understanding of IT Service Management ITIL framework.
- Understanding of the latest Operational Resilience regulations as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority is highly desirable.
