My client, a local company specialising in bespoke accounting services, are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual looking to advance theircareer in payroll and gain hands on experience working in a high volume environment.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end preparation and processing of the monthly payroll across 700+ clients
- Prepare and input monthly adjustments such as tax codes, premium payments and overtime
- Accurate input of payroll data and running the full payroll cycle
- Assisting employees with any queries regarding payroll
- Prepare all payroll reports
**Essential Skillset**:

- A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a Payroll position
- Previous experience working with Sage payroll or Xero
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly organised
**Package**:

- Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Generous pension
