**HR Manager - Sheffield - £30,000 - £45,000 + Benefits**

**HR Manager Responsibilities**:
- Advising and coaching line managers through ER issues
- Help to build and develop an efficient HR function
- Plan and deliver projects for the business
- Supporting with Payroll
- Design, development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Provide up to date knowledge of HR
- End to end recruitment
- Advising on remuneration and development of benefits portfolio
- Administering benefits for employees
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- CIPD Level 5 as a minimum
- Have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work autonomously
- Experience working in an owner managed business
- Someone who wants to be involved in the overall businesses, partner the Owner and Directors and be a key member within the organisations
