About the job

As the lead person within a 2 / 3 man team, duties will involve external clean water pipe repairs/replacement, service laying and other pipeline infrastructure repair and maintenance services. Reporting to the Line Manager, you will have responsibility for delivering high productivity to an excellent standard, with a ‘right first time’ approach as one of your main drivers. This role will be physically demanding by nature and will be predominantly working outdoors. A strong work ethic and understanding of Health and Safety requirements is needed
About the successful applicant

As the Team Leader you will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with other team members and Customers on site. Taking pride in your work along with being self-motivated is essential. You should have working knowledge and experience of a wide range of water service laying and connection activities, as well as knowledge of the range of fittings and materials used within the industry. Experience is essential. The following qualifications/accreditations are essential; a full driving licence, NRSWA (full), NVQ L2, EUSR Safe Dig, Blue Card, CSCS Water Shea, CPCS Mini Digger/Dumper licence, Towing Licence, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Moling. Further trainng and development will be provided
