As a Lead Producer you will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects, working globally across all areas of production and collaborating heavily with the Leadership Team. You'll essentially oversee several key areas of the development to ensure the team are supported in achieving their goals.

Founded in 2012, Cloud Imperium Games creates cutting-edge videogames that defy expectations. We’re currently developing Star Citizen, a record-breaking multiplayer online space sim, and Squadron 42, a cinematic single-player adventure set in the same universe. **What does our Lead Producer do?**
- Oversee a team of Senior Producers and make sure they and their teams are setup for success to produce high quality deliverable on time and on budget.
- Define a roadmap to execute the Directors' vision (project timeline, when each deliverable will be done/released, key milestones, etc).
- Define the strategy and structure of the production team.
- Anticipate and identify project risks and issues and define plan to resolve/mitigate these.
- Define and direct the overall development process to ensure project goals are met. (Gate reviewing processes, organisation of Jira, etc.)
- Create and build with key reports a strong organizational structure.
- Help build and strengthen communications between teams and CIG Studios.
- Support the teams (in any way) in developing the best experiences possible.

**What would we expect from our Lead Producer?**
- Excelled as video games producer working with development teams
- Experienced working and shipping large scale games as a Lead Producer
- Highly proficient with standard project management development tools and methodologies
- Proactive attitude with mindset for streamlining and improvement
- Comfortable with conflict resolution and distributed team building skills
