**About the team**

The IMA-HOME Producers are at the heart of making it happen. We start in pre-production, managing and supporting the creative process whilst guiding it through. We resource the right team and ensure everything runs smoothly on the shoot days. Collaborating with the post-production team, we work with all stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are sent on time and within budget.

**Summary of the Lead Producer role**

As a Lead Producer with IMA-HOME you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of simple to complex productions, from concept to delivery - managing budgets, timelines, shoots, VO sessions and internal/client relationships. You will assist with onboarding new teammates as well as collaborating with the wider team of in-house producers allocated to support across assigned client(s), liaising with other departments to ensure all production and post-production projects are executed in-line with creative direction efficiently and effectively, whilst implementing methods to drive profitability and growth aligning with the needs of assigned client(s) and the agencies ambitions.

**Some responsibilities of the Lead Producer role will include**
- To lead the management, oversight, and be in attendance of complex production projects from concept through to completion
- Working unassisted to lead across all phases of production, assigning appropriate in-house teams, and/or external production and post-production teams
- Leading the organisation of complex shoots, directing team members to assist in sourcing locations, models, props, working up call sheets and risk assessments

Confidently building relationships directly with assigned clients and wider teams, establishing clear briefs for each project and relevant teams, as well as interpreting and clarifying client feedback, whilst confidently managing expectations for all parties - both internally and externally
