**About the team**

The IMA-HOME Producers are at the heart of making it happen. We start in pre-production, managing and supporting the creative process whilst guiding it through. We resource the right team and ensure everything runs smoothly on the shoot days. Collaborating with the post-production team, we work with all stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are sent on time and within budget.

**Summary of the Producer role**

As a Producer at IMA-HOME you will be responsible for managing the production of various motion and stills projects, such as TV Commercials, Radio, Social Roll-out and Still Photography shoots. You'll be accountable for ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget - whilst leading, overseeing and coordinating assigned stages throughout multiple production project timelines, collaborating with the wider Production Group and agency teams to provide specialist guidance and support across all relevant projects

**Some responsibilities of the Producer role will include**
- Manage and oversee the production of motion, audio and stills projects - from pre-production, production, post-production through to delivery
- Liaise with other departments to advise on agency production processes, workflows and best practice methods
- Lead by example, being solution-focussed, making effective decisions to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Manage the pre-production organisation for assigned shoots; sourcing locations, handling permits, casting, arranging wardrobe, props and logistics
- Develop and manage cost-effective and viable quotes/estimates/timing plans, navigating through evolving project needs/expectations whilst managing the budget and timings
