Kitchen Supervisor

As Kitchen Supervisor you will support the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its good reputation and ethos.
- _Responsibilities _*
- Supporting the restaurant performance, reporting to the Restaurant Manager.
- Work within budgets or agree them with senior management.
- Plan and coordinate menus, working closely with your kitchen team.
- Ensuring your kitchen team and FOH are working together.
- Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints.
- Organize kitchen for service.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and H&S.
- Complete stock counts & order supplies.
- Comply with licensing laws.
- Delivery driver management & updating menus
- Managing delivery platform performance.
