We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Retention Coordinator and be a part of our growing Retention Hub. You will provide administration support to the Retention function and assist the Retention Partners with the coordination of events and projects. You should be able to work on your own initiative and will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Interviews will likely be held between 13th and 20th July 2023.

Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only.
- You will be responsible for monitoring the retention inbox, dealing with queries and escalating where appropriate.
- You will be the first point of contact for enquiries to the team, internal and external, prioritising requests for information as required.
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials to support retention services provided to staff and volunteers.
- Assisting with and monitoring divisional retention data
- The Coordination of new employee meetings.
