We are actively looking for a Fire Safety Advisor to join a housing association in the Cornwall area on a permanent basis. **As the Fire Safety Advisor you will be**:

- Responsible for providing fire safety advice to tenants, colleagues and contractors
- Reporting all fire safety issues and cases within the organisation
- Produce and implement fire safety management strategies, policies and procedures
- Work alongside the fire safety team to complete projects, audits and reviews

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Social housing experience
- Experience completing fire risk assessments and risk inspections
- IFE or equivalent qualifications / membership
- Knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory Fire Safety Order 2005

**As the Fire Safety Advisor, you will receive**:

- £33,776 - £39,328 dependant on experience
