Squarehealth are one of the UK’s leading digital healthcare providers, providing digital services across GP, MSK, Mental Health,

healthcare within the UK market.

We have grown substantially over the past few years and are now seeking further members of staff to join the team.

**Job Purpose**:
This role will focus on providing services to a range a broad range of customers and will ensure the smooth

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Supporting and providing administrative services to the growing panel of suppliers.
- Walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
- To support the executive assistant in supporting the senior management team.

**Other Duties**:

- Comply with any reasonable ad hoc work request from the Team Leader and/or Management.
- Undertake any training deemed appropriate by the Team Leader and/or management.
- Comply with and promote all company policies.
- To comply with the Company’s Information Security Policy and all other Company Policies applicable to the role.
- Assist with maintenance of databases.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Windsor: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Windsor
