Hours: Full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Are you an adaptable, organised Office Manager with facilities experience? We are very excited to be partnering with a brilliant company as they look to expand their team and embark on the next chapter of their business.

On offer is a lovely opportunity to be an important and valued member of the business as they approach a period of rapid growth and expansion. The main focus of this role will be ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly, looking after the companyfacilities while providing support to the teams across different departments. Other duties will include collaborating with finance to manage budgets, ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to, managing international travel arrangements for the teamand handling license and insurance renewals.

To be successful in this role, you will be a positive person who enjoys being the 'go to’ person for getting things done, and a natural helper who doesn’t mind getting stuck in where required - this could be helping the management team with audits to workingout why the printer isn’t working

Experience of arranging international travel and accommodation, diary management and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation would be helpful to this position. Please note that there is no free parking available for this role which is based in central Guildford. The company will also require you to make occasional visits to a second office in Europe.
