**Job Description**:
Our Physical retail stores are our window to the worlds consumers. This role will directly support the Retail Concept Manager & Brand and Project Co-Ordination Manager heading up the drive for change in our Bricks and Mortar locations
- from overall store design to customer experiences.

You will provide day to day project administration and communication deliverables, covering:

- Overall project administration
- Supporting Category VM manager on brand and store communications and presentations
- Internal project communications
- Graphic design
- Build and develop strong relationships with 3rd party brand leads

Physical Store Projects support (New Store & Refits) including:

- Scoping and Progress site visits
- to report back into the projects workstream on potential issues and solutions/changes
- Graphics packs and Elevations analysis and approvals
- Post opening site visits on all projects

Visual Merchandising and Commercial Projects covering:

- Co-Ordinating Projects with the External Branded VM teams and our existing Merchandising department to critically analyse, reform and action Fascia wide VM strategy
- Co-Ordinating VM training programs in conjunction with our existing Training department and various external stakeholders
- Physical site VM support in key business locations to test, develop and train on new ways of working and best practice to drive our commercial VM model

**Qualifications**:

- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
- Include level of experience necessary in this role if appropriate
- Include key grades/qualifications if appropriate
- Experience in retail/department if this is required
