This part-time role is for a highly successful and well regarded international FMCG company based in Kings Hill to support the close-knit procurement team of 4; the team has excellent longevity and experience (17, 4, 5 and 5 years). This is a newly created role due to the volume of work.

The successful Part-Time Procurement Administrator will be a highly organised, proactive individual with experience within an FMCG procurement (ideally perishable) role or logistics / transport support role dealing with claims and rejections.

**Duties for this Part-Time Procurement Administrator will include, but not be limited to**:

- Claim liaising - reporting claims and rejections back to suppliers
- Attending mid-morning team stock meetings to update rejection list
- Updating vessel arrivals
- Liaising with the sales support team

**The successful Part-Time Procurement Administrator will have / be**:

- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- A proactive, self-starter
- Someone who can maintain focus whilst carrying out the same process multiple times
- A hardworking, team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team
