**Recruitment & On-boarding Manager**
- Permanent
- £59,950 -£65,000 depending on experience
- This post will have a requirement for the post to work in the Head Office (London) two days a week, with flexibility around home working.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will play an integral role in Managing 2 Recruitment & On-boarding Advisors, a Learning & Development Manager, Operational Trainer, and a Human Resources Officer. You will be an excellent team player, workingclosely with the HR team, SIA colleagues, the Senior Management team, and external stakeholders. Acting with integrity, having the confidence to challenge & to be an excellent team player. The post holder will be authentic, and credible & have a passion forcreativity and new ways of thinking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for being the lead contact on recruitment, talent management, and on-boarding, as directed by the Head of Human Resources.
- Delivering improvements in processes & systems to drive a user-centric experience of the HR service.
- Taking part in Job Evaluation panels and grade reviews.
- Working alongside the HR Manager, & HR Projects Manager, and L&D team on the design & delivery of inductions.
- Contributing to the review of the SIA's processes for performance management, induction, appraisal, & numerous policies. This may involve process planning, commissioning, design, and numerous systems build rollouts, i.e., Recruitment videos.
- Proactively reducing the use of agency staff, and overtime costs, through early interventions,

**Essential**:

- Knowledge gained through extensive & high-level strategic experience within HR management, whether this is in recruitment, on-boarding and/or talent management.
- Strong leadership & management skills including people performance
- Substantial knowledge of managing recruitment processes, comprehensive learning and organisational development service across a multi disciplined organisation
- Creative and innovative mindset when it comes to new interventions in the ways of working & learning.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development to at least Associate level.
- Working with the L&D team to strengthen their approach to talent management, creating opportunities for staff to develop and thrive both personally & professionally
