One of the largest and leading global transportation organisations, located in Canary Wharf, London is currently recruiting for an experience HRIS Senior Analyst, a newly formed position, reporting into the HRIS Manager.
The role will have a global reach, particularly across Europe and Africa, supporting the maintenance, testing and continual improvement of the HRIS, SuccessFactors. Ensuring SuccessFactors HRIS meets the business processes and requirements.
Major responsibilities will include
*System Implementation and Updates
*Maintenance, Support and System Enhancements
*System Auditing and Documentation
*Collaboration and Training
Skills required:
*Excellent knowledge and strong understanding of SuccessFactors
*Strong understanding of HR processes and experience mapping processes to configuration
*Experience of system implementation and integration
*Strong analytical skills
*Meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to present complex issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
