A huge FM contractor currently require a scheduler in the Warrington area

6 months contract
Mon-Fri (Office based)
8 - 4:30
£14.50-£16.50 PH

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and third-party vendors, logging all reported issues via the in-house system.
- Manage both reactive and planned works through to completion ensuring they are delivered within set KPIs.
- Liaise with contractors/suppliers and in-house handymen to ensure completion of all reported issues to a satisfactory standard and within issued KPIs.
- Work with finance team to ensure matchup between Issue References and POs.
- Ensuring any complaints are escalated to the appropriate manager.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and statistics in line with housing association and landlord requirements and the senior management team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a busy helpdesk environment.
- Prior knowledge of facilities management/trades experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- IT proficient including Microsoft packages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
