Be it working with students daily, or in the background to ensure the college runs smoothly, we are all part of the same mission, to create a positive impact on students in Further Education

We are looking for three** Study Centre Leads** to join us and we need your passion, drive, and enthusiasm to make a difference at the City of Portsmouth College (COPC). As an induvidual you will be based primarily at one of our four campuses, but travel may be required between campuses based in Portsmouth on occasions.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To provide additional Study Skills (through one to one and small group engagement) to learners studying Maths & English, vocational or technical or academic who are requiring additional support to achieve their learning goals.
- To contribute to the assessment and accurate recording of learners’ progress, skills and individual learning in the required format - liaising with M & E and vocational / academic staff.
- To provide learning opportunities to help learners develop language, numeracy, IT, organisational skills and confidence
- To keep written records as requested and required for audit purposes e.g., weekly registers and progress updates.
- Extra curriculam support is offered by way of staff referral from a variety of sources.
- To create high quality resources to support learners’ needs.
