**HRBP| Leicestershire | Up to £26 per hour | 90% remote working**

Macildowie is incredibly excited to be working **EXCLUSIVELY** with an education organisational based in Leicestershire to appoint a HRBP for an initial period of six months.

The role is very strategic in nature and include a whole host of exciting projects and opportunities to get involved to really help shape the business. This role is a true people partner role where you will be a strategic partner, a leader, an expert andtrusted advisor on both people and business decisions.

The role is paying up to **£26 per hour** and offers real flexibility in terms of how often you are in the office and the hours you work.

**Key duties might include**:

- Provide HR Leadership to designated areas of the organisation
- Guide managers and leaders through restructures and job evaluations
- Support in the development of strategic and operational plans
- Build strong customer relationships with senior leaders and stake holders
- Develop and analyse quantitate and qualitative data to help inform organisational decision making
- Coach leaders to help empower them to make decisions
- Drive projects from creation to completion
- Drive and coach leaders to develop effective organisational change
- Challenge stake holders with factual arguments to ensure effective outcomes
- Public sector experience
- Experience in change management
- Evidence of problem solving with the business needs at the forefront of their minds
- Experience in developing business plans
- Experience working with data and good technical knowledge of HR Systems
