Diversity & Inclusion Manager

c. £65,000 + Bonus
Network HR have been retained to appoint a D&I Manager for a leading, city-based Fintech business with over 30 years of market leading heritage. You will report into the HR Director and will work closely with a successful, yet lean HR team. As the D&I Manageryou will work collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide ideas, build business relationships and execute EDI/Community initiatives to help the business progress aligned to the DEI/community goals both internally and externally. The key responsibilitiesof this role will involve the implementation of the Group’s HR/Sustainability strategies, driven by internal data and external regulatory knowledge. You will be integral in execution of EDI/community initiatives in order to embed into the culture of the businessand help connect up the dots internally. As the D&I Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues across geographies and functions to ensure DEI is embedded in all that they do. Other responsibilities will include:

- Design, manage and implement an EDI/community program to educate and inform continual development of diverse talent and a supportive culture, at all levels including:

- Bringing innovative solutions to broaden their EDI position and drive measurable business results
- Connecting and inspiring people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
- Manage and delivery of organisations ERG programme
- Develop and maintain a global calendar of community activity (EDI, Sustainability, HR, Social, Charity)
- Responsible for creating and delivering an effective internal/external communications plan of all EDI/Community initiatives
- Collaborate with global colleagues to collect and manage EDI/Community data
- Data analysis to identify trends, insights, and gaps to inform growth as well as initiatives
- Support reporting of EDI/community metrics for management reports
- Identify relevant developments to improve EDI considerations into their products, client base and suppliers
- Identify relevant third-party expertise and evidence-based best practices / work with suppliers

What will you need:

- Extensive experience in a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) / community role
- Excellent communications skills and experience building effective and transparent communication plans/campaigns
- Experience and credibility to influence and partner across a complex matrix
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of DEI principles and jurisdictions differences
- Business acumen, analytical skills, reliability, and sound judgment
