Community Engagement Worker

Providing a specialist support service to people, who are often experiencing complex social circumstances.

Providing supported access to community-based services and activities that will support people to live well.

Building effective pathways to support people to navigate existing complex circumstances.

Communicating progression of cases to the wider Community Connector Team.

Maintaining accurate records to allow effective monitoring evaluation of interventions.

Will consider between 16 hours to 30 hours per week

No personal care required.

**Qualifications**

SVQ Level 3 or above in relevant field, e.g. Community Development, Health or Social Care.

**Experience**

Knowledge and experience of working with people who are experiencing complex social and emotional circumstances. For example, people who have social, emotional and mental health issues, live in complex life circumstances, experience chronic pain, drug and alcohol misuse or homelessness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.30 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
