_Located just 5 minutes from Horwich Parkway training station with 125 bedrooms and fully integrated into the University of Bolton Stadium home of Bolton Wanderers Football Club _**Bolton Stadium Hotel, formerly Bolton Whites Hotel**_ _is a state of the art conference and exhibition centre with a difference, offering flexibility to hold meetings, events and exhibitions from 2 to 3000._
- We now have an exciting opportunity for friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality to join our friendly and customer focused team in supporting us to deliver seamless service experiences within our _**Hotel Food & Beverage areas**_ _in the role of _**Casual Hotel Food and Beverage Assistant.**_
- **This role will include working shifts as and when required by the business, including days and evenings/late nights and weekends.**_
- Duties of the role will include:_
- _Bar service, Barista duties, food and beverage table service within our restaurant and lounge area including room service as required._
- _Setting up the bar and restaurant areas for service._
- _Ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome with friendly, proactive and efficient service._
- _Taking orders and assisting customers with queries on food & drink menus and hotel facilities, with strong menu and drinks knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers on menu items._
- _Maintaining all bar and restaurant areas in a clean and presentable manner at all times, including clear down after service._
- _Strong customer service experience with excellent communication skills._
- _Professional personal presentation._
- _Knowledge of licensing legislation._
- _Proactive, friendly and confident with passion for hospitality service._
- _A flexible approach, happy to support other teams as required when busy._
- _Self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a busy team._
- _Strong knowledge of wines, spirits and bar drinks desirable._
- **Due to liquor licensing requirements applicants for role must be over 18 years old.**_

**Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.**

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
