A top financial services company is looking for a permanent Target Operating Model Design professional with good Data TOM Design experience to provide leadership in defining and reviewing target operating models.

This will be working across various functions, from front to back office.You will work closely with the colleagues in the Technology Architecture team. We take a pragmatic approach to the work, understanding the business challenge and tailoring the company'sresponse in order to maximise impact and develop recommendations and next steps that can be seamlessly handed over to a project manager for implementation. We also provide ongoing support through this implementation process as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scope, plan and lead the development of target operating models (TOMs) for prioritised business areas across the organisation with limited oversight from the Head of TOM Design
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand organisational and departmental strategy and objectives and develop a TOM to support these, ensuring that the scope and approach of the work is tailored to solve the challenge at hand
- Work closely with the Technology architecture team to link the business TOM to a Technology TOM
- Proactively identify expected challenges (whether business or logístical) during each initiative and plan to address these in advance

**Required**:

- Strong Target Operating Model design experience
- Data TOM Design experience in particular
- Asset Management or Wealth Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
