UX Researcher

**About the role**

Joining the OSP UX research team your work will be mainly dedicated to one of the OSP teams, e.g. Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Logistics or Automation working closely with one of the teams product management, UX team and other disciplines. The UX research team provides a combination of UX research expertise, leadership, consultancy and support to empower product teams on a continuous learning journey and educating others. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and prioritise experience gaps in the OSP, designing research that uniquely contributes to solving those gaps. Designing product-related hypotheses and leading studies that examine user behaviour and conducting research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys.

**About you**

You have 5+years commercial experience and will be able to demonstrate online case study or studies from your previous work. You have strong experience with most of the well known UXR methods that supports great problem-solving skills. Solid communication skills are a critical success factor for this role as well as a passion for streamlining processes and developing best practices. An appreciation of the value of data, with exposure to quantitative and qualitative research triangulation would be helpful, but is not essential.
