Working with my highly regarded Client Responsible for the effective client service within the Private Client team including the achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service

You will provide high-quality client services and supporting administration.

Sound knowledge of Open GI is highly desirable for this role

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

- Responsible for the effective client service within the Private Client team including the

achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service
- Provision of high-quality client services and supporting administration.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Cert CII essential, Diploma CII is desirable, along with a minimum of 3 years industry experience
- Sound knowledge of the Insurance market
- Sound knowledge of divisional processes and procedures and a background of effective

administration and delegation
- Strong influencing and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Sound knowledge of all Branch processes and procedures
- Sound knowledge of Open GI

KEY OUTPUTS
- Effective handling of allocated work ensuring a high level of client service is achieved
- Build and maintain effective insurer relationships
- Working towards key targets & objectives, set through regular annual & mid-term appraisals,

along with monthly check-in reviews
- Maintain and deliver own Personal Development Plan through regular line manager meetings
- Make effective day to day decisions. Support other team members. Use initiative and be

proactive
- Resolve or progress complaints effectively as per the Saffron Insurance Services complaints

procedure manual
- Ensure compliance with all My Client Insurance Services Policies & Procedures as required by the

FCA including TCF
- Work flexibly with others to achieve team and business objectives. Take account of the needs

and contributions of those involved
- Identify and raise opportunities for practical improvements in the business area
