Travel Administrator

The role is working Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and offers a modern place of work with excellent career progression.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sourcing current and "hot" activities, excursions and restaurants for clientel
- Maintain accurate destination, hotel, and airline records
- Manage all detailed invoice-checking processes
- Manage the flow of supplier information (new media and supplier updates)
- To support the travel itinerary program process and assist when requested
- Keep all records and concierge / aftersales processes up to date
**Essential skills**:
- Proven experience of working within the Travel Industry
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products - Word and Excel particularly
- Excellent attention to detail with proven accuracy in previous roles
- Able to work under pressure
- Comfortable working in a closeknit team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
