**EYFS Teaching Assistant**

A Blackpool based Trust school is looking for a level 3 qualified TA to join their EYFS team. If you would like to work in an environment which passionately supports every child's happiness, well-being and achievements then this role could be for you. - Have a level 3 qualification in CACHE Childcare or equivalent
- Have experience in a EYFS environment
- Be able to observe and analyse childrens' growth and development
- Have good understanding of the EYFS framework and phonics
- Be able to support the delivery of engaging activities
- Have a kind, caring, nurturing personality
- Be able to create a fun educational environment
- Create relationships with staff, children and parents

**_All pay rates that are offered will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. Our working opportunities include temporary positions, permanent contracts and ad-hoc supply._**
