The role will have a base within The Recovery Hub and Homelessness services and your role will require you to be visiting clients in other services or in their own homes and working alongside key partner agencies such as peer support services, housing and homelessness services and outreach service just to name a few.

The role will require you to work within a flexible 37 hour working week including a rota of regular evening work and some work at weekends.

- Working in close partnership with SSJ’s Substance Misuse Service Manager and NHS Inclusions Clinical Manger to manage needle exchange stock, budgets and ensure excellent reporting to commissioners and the NDTMS
- To develop your own cutting-edge knowledge and practice in the field of Harm Reduction and Pharmacy Liaison and represent SSJ at local and national forums.
